SaleNet Product Policy

This policy outlines the standards and requirements for listing products on SaleNet. All vendors must adhere to these guidelines to maintain a trustworthy and efficient marketplace.

1. Product Eligibility

• Permitted Products: Vendors may list products that are legal, safe, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Products: The following items are strictly prohibited:
  • Illegal or counterfeit goods
  • Stolen property
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Products banned by local or international laws
• Restricted Products: Certain products may require prior approval or additional documentation before listing.​

2. Product Listings

• Accuracy: All product listings must be truthful and not misleading. Descriptions should accurately represent the product’s features, specifications, and condition.
• Images: High-quality images that clearly depict the product are mandatory. Images should not contain watermarks, logos, or promotional text.
• Categorization: Products must be listed in the appropriate categories to ensure discoverability and relevance.
• Pricing: Prices should be competitive and reflect the actual cost to the customer, inclusive of taxes and fees.​

3. Product Quality and Condition

• New Products: Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Used Products: Must be clearly labeled as used, with detailed information about wear, defects, or missing components.
• Refurbished Products: Must be restored to full working condition and include information about the refurbishing process.​

4. Compliance and Documentation

• Legal Compliance: Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Documentation: Certain products may require certificates, licenses, or other documentation to verify authenticity and compliance.​

5. Product Reviews and Ratings

• Authenticity: Vendors must not manipulate product reviews or ratings. Encouraging honest feedback is acceptable, but incentivizing positive reviews is prohibited.
• Monitoring: SaleNet reserves the right to monitor and remove reviews that violate our guidelines.​

6. Policy Enforcement

• Violations: Non-compliance with this policy may result in actions including, but not limited to:
  • Removal of product listings
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action, if necessary
• Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any violations of this policy to SaleNet support Center.​

7. Policy Updates

SaleNet reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes through their registered email or account dashboard. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.​
