    Delivery timelines are estimated based on vendor location and courier partners. Tracking details are provided upon shipment.

Return Policy

  • Return Window:
    Most items are eligible for return within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, hygiene products, customized items, or items marked “non-returnable.”

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, log into your account → Order History → Request Return. You’ll receive further instructions and a pickup schedule.
