4. Vendor Obligations

• Product Listings: Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images for their products.
• Order Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for processing and shipping orders promptly.
• Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and SaleNet policies, including those related to prohibited items.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Account Information: Customers must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and placing orders.
• Payment: Customers agree to pay for all products purchased through SaleNet using approved payment methods.
• Prohibited Conduct: Customers must not engage in activities that disrupt the platform or violate any laws.

6. Payments and Fees

• Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Methods: SaleNet accepts various payment methods, including mobile money, credit/debit cards, and other options as specified on the platform.
• Fees: SaleNet may charge fees for certain services, which will be disclosed to users prior to incurring such charges.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Policy: Vendors are responsible for shipping products to customers in a timely manner.
• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by vendors and may vary based on location and other factors.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the product.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Return Process: Customers must follow the return procedures outlined on the SaleNet platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on SaleNet, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SaleNet or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or SaleNet systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

SaleNet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to SaleNet in the preceding 12 months.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Liberia. Users agree to waive their right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

13. Modifications to Terms

SaleNet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of SaleNet after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Liberia, without regard to its conflict of law principles
