Welcome to SaleNet! To ensure a trusted and seamless experience for all users, this policy outlines the terms and requirements for registering and maintaining a vendor account on our platform.

 

  1. Eligibility
  • All vendors must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be a legally registered business or an authorized individual eligible to sell goods or services.
  • SaleNet may limit access to certain features based on location, product category, or legal requirements.
  1. Registration Requirements

To create a vendor account, you must provide:

  • Your full legal name or business name
  • A valid email address and phone number
  • A business registration certificate or valid national ID
  • Bank or mobile money account details for payouts
  • A brief description of your products or services
  1. Business Verification

SaleNet may request supporting documents to verify your business, such as:

  • Proof of address or business location
  • Tax identification number (where applicable)
  • Product certifications (if required by law)
  • Sample product listings or images

Verification may take 3–7 business days. We’ll notify you once approved or if further information is needed.

  1. Account Approval
  • Account creation does not guarantee automatic approval.
  • SaleNet reserves the right to approve, deny, or restrict accounts based on platform standards, product type, or business practices.
  • Vendors will receive notice of approval or rejection via email or dashboard notification.
  1. Multiple Accounts
  • Only one active vendor account is allowed per business or individual.
  • Creating multiple accounts without written permission from SaleNet may result in all related accounts being suspended.
  1. Vendor Responsibilities

All SaleNet vendors must:

  • Accurately list and price products or services
  • Fulfill orders promptly and reliably
  • Provide responsive customer service
  • Respect buyer rights and data privacy
  • Abide by SaleNet’s policies and applicable laws
  1. Prohibited Items

You may not list or sell:

  • Counterfeit, illegal, or stolen products
  • Items that infringe on trademarks or copyrights
  • Prohibited goods like weapons, drugs, or adult content
  • Products banned under SaleNet’s Product Policy Guidelines
  1. Fees and Commission
  • SaleNet may charge a commission on each sale, a listing fee, or subscription fee.
  • All rates are outlined in the Vendor Fee Schedule.
  • Failure to pay applicable fees may result in limited access or suspension.
  1. Account Security
  • Vendors are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately to SaleNet support.
  • You are liable for all activity conducted through your account.
  1. Suspension and Termination

Your SaleNet account may be suspended or terminated if you:

  • Violate platform policies
  • Engage in fraudulent or dishonest behavior
  • Repeatedly receive poor customer reviews or complaints
  • Remain inactive for an extended period

Suspended accounts may be subject to review, and any pending funds may be held until resolved.

  1. Policy Updates

SaleNet may revise this policy periodically.

  • Vendors will be notified of major updates.
  • Continued use of the platform after a policy change indicates your agreement to the new terms.
  1. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a decision (e.g., suspension, product rejection), you may submit an appeal through the SaleNet Vendor Support Center.
